About us
A cleaning marketplace built to be fair on both sides
Book2Clean exists because hiring a cleaner should be simple and transparent, and because cleaners deserve to keep what they earn.
What we do
Book2Clean connects people who need cleaning with independent professional cleaners across Ireland, and connects cleaners with Helpers when they need support on larger jobs. Clients post what they need for free. Cleaners choose which jobs to respond to and quote using their own rates. The agreement, and the payment for the cleaning, is directly between client and cleaner.
We are a marketplace, not a cleaning agency. We do not employ cleaners, we do not resell cleaning hours, and we do not add a margin to your cleaner’s price. Our income comes from the credits cleaners use to respond to jobs.
What we stand for
- No commission, ever
- Cleaners are independent professionals running their own business. They set their prices, they are paid directly, and Book2Clean takes nothing from that payment.
- Fewer, better quotes
- Capping a request at three cleaners keeps the experience calm for clients and worthwhile for cleaners. Nobody wins in a race to the bottom.
- Trust you can see
- Identity verification, levels, completed jobs and public reviews are all visible before a booking. Trust is earned on the platform, not claimed in an ad.
- Privacy by default
- Personal contact details stay out of public fields and free-text messages until both sides choose to share them, and our data handling follows GDPR.
- Built for all of Ireland
- Matching works from real geography across all 26 counties, not just the big cities — including where cleaner coverage is still growing.
