How credits work

  • 10 + 5

    10 Credits when you complete your cleaner profile, plus 5 Credits once you have made both retention programme decisions (Book2Clean Rewards and Refer a Friend) — turning a programme on and choosing not to use it now count equally.

  • 2 Credits

    To respond to a new cleaning request with a personalised quote.

  • 1 Credit

    To recontact a past client, or respond to a rebooking or recurring job.
