Clients never pay Book2Clean. Cleaners use credits to respond to the jobs they choose — no subscription is required and no commission is taken from your earnings.

You pay only your cleaner, directly, for the cleaning work agreed between you.
10 Credits when you complete your cleaner profile, plus 5 Credits once you have made both retention programme decisions (Book2Clean Rewards and Refer a Friend) — turning a programme on and choosing not to use it now count equally.
2 Credits to respond to a new cleaning request.
1 Credit to recontact a past client, or to respond to a rebooking or a recurring job.
Credits are only spent when you choose to respond. If a client cancels late, credits are returned or compensated automatically.

Prices include Irish VAT at 23%, and a VAT invoice is issued for every purchase. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider — Book2Clean never stores your card details.
