Book2Clean is a marketplace, not an agency. Clients post what they need, independent professional cleaners quote for the work, and the two of you agree directly.

If you need a cleaner

1. Post your cleaning request
Choose one of ten services, add your address and Eircode, pick a preferred date and add any extras. A budget is completely optional and posting is always free.
2. Receive up to three personalised quotes
Eligible cleaners near your address see your job. A maximum of three can respond, so you get real, tailored quotes instead of an inbox full of messages.
3. Compare cleaners and chat in CleanConnect
Review profiles, levels, ratings, verified badges and completed jobs. Ask questions in CleanConnect, our in-app messaging, before you commit to anything.
4. Book, and pay your cleaner directly
Accept the quote that suits you. You pay your cleaner directly for the cleaning work — Book2Clean charges you no commission and no booking fee.

If you are a cleaner

1. Create your cleaner profile
Add your services and hourly rates, set your base location and Working Radius, and verify your identity to unlock trust badges.
2. Use credits to respond
New cleaners start with 10 Credits, plus 5 Credits once they have made both retention programme decisions (Book2Clean Rewards and Refer a Friend) — enabling a programme and choosing not to use it now count equally. Responding to a new job costs 2 Credits; recontacting a past or favourite client costs 1 Credit.
3. Send a personalised quote
Quote from your own rates and extras, message the client in CleanConnect, and agree the details before the booking is confirmed.
4. Build your level and reputation
Complete jobs, collect reviews and progress from Starter to Trusted, Professional and Elite. You keep 100% of what you earn.

Helpers work alongside cleaners

Helpers are people who want to work with experienced cleaners on larger jobs. Cleaners can request a Helper for a booking, and Helpers receive paid job offers directly from the cleaner. Helpers never pay to receive offers.
