For helpers
Paid cleaning work, alongside professionals
Helpers support experienced cleaners on bigger jobs. Set your area, receive paid offers from cleaners nearby, and accept the ones that work for you.
What being a Helper means
Offers come to you
When a cleaner needs support on a job inside your area, you receive the offer with the date, duration and pay the cleaner is offering.
Free for Helpers
Helpers do not use credits and never pay to receive or accept job offers. Credits are a cleaner-only tool.
Work with verified cleaners
Offers come from cleaners with Book2Clean profiles, levels and reviews — you can see who you would be working with before accepting.
Flexible by design
Accept only the offers that suit your availability and travel distance. Nothing is ever assigned to you automatically.
Build experience and reputation
Completed jobs and cleaner feedback build a track record that helps you get more offers — and go on to work as a cleaner if you want to.
Your privacy is protected
Your contact details are not shared publicly. All coordination happens inside CleanConnect until you agree to work together.
Good to know
- You are an independent worker, not a Book2Clean employee. Pay and hours are agreed between you and the cleaner who offers the job.
- Helper offers are limited to cleaners whose job location is inside the area you set, so you never receive offers you cannot reach.
- Identity verification unlocks trust badges and makes cleaners far more likely to send you offers.
